Refund Guidelines

Premier Blasting is committed to fair and transparent business practices. This document outlines our refund and payment policies.

Deposits

For renovation projects over $5,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and begin work. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is cancelled after work has commenced.

Cancellations

If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or in person.

Completed Work

All work must be paid in full before the RV is released. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of work and before vehicle pickup.

Parts Returns

Special-ordered parts cannot be returned or refunded. Standard parts may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Disputes

If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within 14 days of pickup. We will investigate and work to resolve any legitimate issues. Disputes shall be governed by Oklahoma law.
